#FoodMetrology workshop - October 9th 2015.
Experts will talk about standards and methods for reliable data in food analysis.
Researchers from important European institutions working on food safety and authenticity assessment will discuss how the metrological approach is becoming fundamental in ensuring the reliability of risk evaluation, especially when dealing with food and water contaminants.
The Workshop will be held at the Sala Convegni, CNR Research Area MI 1, Via Alfonso Corti 12, Milano.
Participation in the workshop is free, but registration is appreciated before September 30th.
